Good value hotel in a good location with helpful and friendly reception staff. Adequate breakfast for the continental style.

Central location (directly on a metro line to the dome, otherwise within walking distance 15-20 min. Of the dome and the central station), free internet, breakfast buffet, clean and overall a decent place

Slow elevator, quite noisy (had asked for a quiet room and got one - showing to a patio, I.E. I looked on the opposite wall, but one cannot have everything; the noise came from the bath rooms above, though - whenever somebody flushed there was a thunder coming down the tubes; but with ear plugs no problem), for some reason the power outlets didn't seem to work with my plug (but in other hotels in Italy I could charge my laptop, I.E. this was a problem specific to this hotel; didn't follow up on it though, as I only stayed one night).

I did not like the fact that it was a smoking hotel - smoking in all the common areas

Location was good and room was big enough.

The air conditioning didn't work in our room and it was really hot. We had two rooms and in other room it worked well.

Excellent location, the staff spoke English good, we didn't hear what happened in other rooms

It's located at a very good position, from which you can stroll down the Buenos Aires street, a good shopping street, then easy to reach the Duomo or other places through the nearby metro. It's very clean, staff helps you quite a lot, and it's a good quality / price hotel.

Some of the bathroom facilities along with the air-conditioner were not maintained in their best condition and they did not function properly.

Great location on Corso Buenos Aires full of shops. Room was nice, small as the rooms in Milano are. Clean and pretty comfortable. Breakfast serves hard boiled eggs, ham, bread, pastry etc., usual.

There are only few tables in the breakfast room, so if your timing is wrong, you have to wait until someone leaves to get the breakfast on the table.

Fantastic location and amazing staff!! Hotel is close to city center, few smetro stops from Duomo. Supermarket and metro station in 100 m. area. Also, excellent authentic italian restaurant ("Non como lesso") is in some 3-4 minutes walk.

The rooms are small a bit (but not too much, and very nice indeed!). We're also not sure is a good option for July-August - the most hot months. Conditioner is weak a bit.

Located in the city of Milan so it is easy to go everywhere else.

The elevator was not working properly. The breakfast area was a bit small and the personnel there was alone and was a bit stressed-out but she was friendly.

Efficient reception staff and good breakfast. The room and service provided were value for money.
